Default Channel Tabs not responding on Mirth 3.2.1

Hello Guys,

I'm in the position where I have to use only a specific version of Mirth (3.2.1.7650) as my work environment uses it.

I installed 3.2.1 in a different directory while i have 3.4.2 in another. When I logged into the 3.2.1 Mirth, I cannot access the channels tab while I can access all other tabs. I took the .exe file from the archives of Mirth official site (mirthconnect-3.2.1.7650.b40-windows-x64). Im using 1.8 version of JAVA. Same version is used on other system but its working on that system. Pls help me troubleshoot

Please let me know the solution if someone has face this problem before

Sounds like you're running into this issue: http://www.mirthcorp.com/community/f...710#post255710

It's something we fixed in the latest version (MIRTH-4033), so it sounds like you've triggered this issue before you upgraded to 3.4.2. If that's the case try resetting your local machine MC preferences. On OSX it's in a plist file, and on Windows it's in the registry.

Always include what Mirth Connect version you're working with. Also include (if applicable) the code you're using and full stacktraces for errors (use CODE tags). Posting your entire channel is helpful as well; make sure to scrub any PHI/passwords first.

- How do I foo?
- You just bar.

Ah yes, you're actually running into a separate issue in that case. You have probably opened a 3.4 Administrator before right? Connect to your 3.4 instance again, launch the Administrator for it. Then go to the Channels view, right click the table header, and select "Restore Default". You should be able to launch your 3.2 Administrator and view channels without errors now.
