Default Not all channels listed in snmpwalk

Hi All,

I have the appliance running mirth 2.1.1.5490 and appliance v3.4.3. I am doing a snmpwalk of mirthConnectChannelEntry,1.3.6.1.4.1.29009.2.2.1.3 .1.1. I get some channels returned with their stats but not all channels. Strange.. any hints?

I have tried using a few walk tools so I don't think it's a snmp client issue.

Just posting the solution to this. Created a formal support request and it is an appliance bug which will be fixed in a subsequent appliance release. There is an easy workaround however.. you must not mix upper & lower case in channel names. All our channels are now in upper case and we have no issues.

Default Still experiencing this problem

Hi,
We are running Mirth Connect 2.1.1, and we are experiencing the same issue when attempting to view SNMP output using various MIB browsing tools. Unlike the previous posters the names of all our channels are in uppercase with words separated by underscores. Other channels with underscores are listed by SNMP output but some are not.

We are on the verge of a major rollout and we were hoping to have some SNMP based monitoring in place. Any help would be really appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

We have a fix for this issue and it will be included in the next release, anticipated in approximately 2-3 months (possibly early January, to coincide with the Mirth Connect 2.2 release). If you would like the fix earlier, please contact Mirth Support at mirthsupport@mirthcorp.com, and they can provide you with a hotfix.
