Default Resigning jars

Hi,

I had to modify extension library and update mirth after signing. It is giving me error saying that signer information does not match signer information of other classes in the same package. Do I need to use the same signing certificate or can I use mine?

Please help me how to sign jar?

Thanks,

Here i think, you tried to modify existing mirth libs and sign them, which is throwing a native Java error.

You should be able to create your own seperate copy of libs, with a different name ofcourse, update them, and use your own signing cert to import them in Mirth.

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

We are trying edit libraries from extension folder because of missing tag. I tried editing the source code and signed using our signing cert but it did not work.

Any idea?

Thanks,

Like Siddharth said, copy the entire extension, not just the class file you want to modify.

If you want minimal edits, remove the default extension from mirth so they don't conflict.

You could also change the package name in your modified extension. You still might want to disable the default extension if there is the possibility of conflicts.
