Default Problem with table

We are facing a couple of problems while trying to set up a database reader channel in the Mirth tool for MDM. We are hoping that you could help us solve a couple of issues that we are facing.

Our current scenario is as mentioned.

1. We have a Table in our database, HL7DataLog, from which we retrieve the values from 2 columns namely the Id, and data columns.
The Id is the primary key of the table while the data column holds the HL7 message that has been generated by our application.

2. We use a select script to get the required number of rows to send. Our select script is as follows.
Select Id,Data from HL7DataLog where HospitalId = 5 and DocumentManagementProvidersId = 1 and HasError = 0 and Type = 6 and IsProcessed = 0

3. When we try to start the channel we get an error ,ERROR (com.mirth.connect.connectors.jdbc.JdbcMessageRece iver:195): Error in channel: Test_MDM_2
org.mule.umo.transformer.TransformerException: Failed to parse result map.

4. This happens only when we try to select values from 2 columns, when we select only the data column our messages are sent properly and we also receive the expected acknowledge message.

I have images of the error message and the database reader channel in the uploaded document.
Thanks for your help - I am struggling with this.
Dan

Always include what Mirth Connect version you're working with. Also include (if applicable) the code you're using and full stacktraces for errors (use CODE tags). Posting your entire channel is helpful as well; make sure to scrub any PHI/passwords first.

- How do I foo?
- You just bar.
