Default Mirth alert Email

I'm receiving the folowing NACK response in a HL7 channel

NACK sent from receiver. (Error)

MSH|^~\&|SENDER|HOSPITAL|RECEIVER|HOSPITAL|2016051 7113655||ACK|2170144|P|2.4|||AL

MSA|AE|4537898||||BEE0001^SSTP-022:no corresponding rule for 16043 / no workplace for 16043 / Error scheduling: No work place specified.^

I've setup an alert with the following regex BEE0001.SSTP-022.

The problem is that Mirth never sends and email alert when I get this error.

Is there any problem with my regex expression? Do I need to put anything extra in this expression? I already tested this expression on other systems and it always detects the keywords.

I'm using Mirth 3.3.1.7885.

How did you set the Alert up?
Are you using the advanced alerting?
are you using alerts in javascript or trigger events in the alerting plugin?

I'm using the simple alert plugin and selected all error types.

I know the alert plugin works, how does your regex expression look? Maybe it is wrong? Are you doing a strict match? Can you post the code? or Screenshot of the alert you have set up?

Put parenthesis around it...

Code:
(BEE0001.SSTP-022)

Hello,

try at first, remove your regex, and then wait if when simply in error, the email is sent. If it is, then the problem is on you regex expression!
Remove the regex and simulate an error.

Tell me if it's work...
