Default Unable to Save Values / Corrupted ConfigurationMap

Has anyone else encountered issues with saving values to the configuration map? For some reason, I keep getting errors when trying to either import a properties file or add values through the GUI.

I get a pop-up in mirth admin with the following text:

I didn't see much that was descriptive there, but did find the following in the mirth logs:
