Default mirth2.2.1 mcservice questions

Hi,
With Mirth 2.2.1 if I deploy windows service using mcservice.exe, does it go through mirth-launcher.xml and jar or it bypasses them?

We are updating from 1.8 to 2.2.1 and the library locations configured through launcher.xml no longer seem to work.
Thanks,
NS

The manifest is no longer determined by the XML file as of 2.1.0: MIRTH-1679

Always include what Mirth Connect version you're working with. Also include (if applicable) the code you're using and full stacktraces for errors (use CODE tags). Posting your entire channel is helpful as well; make sure to scrub any PHI/passwords first.

- How do I foo?
