A few things to check.

First - what are the relevant IPs or ports to consider in these packet captures? They are large and unfiltered.

Next are send date and response date visible to you in MC? Turn those on as shown here: https://imgur.com/a/LEYbX3D right click on the header in the message view. What these show is when a message was sent to the destination and when the destination responded. This helps rule out problems like a slow response transformer. It tells you if the caller didn't respond fast or if your channel was slow to finish its own job.

Do you know what software or devices are between you and the receiver? Firewalls?

When you get the connection reset errors does the other applications logs show that it got and handled the request or not?
